We offer multiple subscription tiers: Starter (free), Professional, and Enterprise. Plan features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.
You may use the Service to monitor and automate your own infrastructure and services for which you have proper authorization.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
Workflow execution data is retained based on your subscription plan (7 days for Starter, 30 days for Professional, 90 days for Enterprise). We are not responsible for data loss outside of these retention periods.
Monitrics and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your workflow configurations, data, and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your data after a 90-day grace period.
